Getting down to the waterfront was much easier with the cable car, escalator and moving walkway, and the ferries are very close too. The location is very central, with the metro, bus, supermarket, cafe, bar and restaurant all within an easy five minute walk. Our big room was very clean, with a fairly large bathroom and bath. Big soundproof windows looked onto a courtyard where locals chat in the shade. The hotel's underground car park is very easy to use. Breakfast is included with a very good selection, and Piedi runs the kitchen and was very helpful. At reception, Asier speaks very good English and went out of his way to make sure we had everything. Both staff members were knowledgeable, polite and happy, a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended, we'll stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were dated but clean, and the parking was secure, with large bays. Handy for a family travelling by car with a boat trip ahead, especially with all their belongings. The rooms could use a fan.

A useful place to stay before boarding a ferry or exploring Bilbao. Breakfast was good, with helpful staff, though there wasn't much choice. The garage is a bit scary, but useful, and they talk you through it. The actual entrance is on the road at the back of the hotel. There aren't any common rooms, but the breakfast room is pleasant.

I was here on a student tour and would stay again. The bed was really comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The rooms were average by European standards. I didn't really need the AC. The location was handy, with a little gas station and convenience store nearby, plus bars and restaurants a short walk away.

The room was fine and very clean, and it's bed and breakfast only. There aren't many places nearby for an evening meal. Getting in by car is difficult, and first timers may find the garage hard to maneuver.
