It was okay.

We had everything we needed in our clean rooms, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. We stayed five days and four nights, with a lovely breakfast each morning. The place is beautiful and well placed for exploring nearby areas, and the owner was attentive and very friendly. Casa Rural Outeiro, thanks so much for everything. We’d definitely recommend it for a great holiday.

That radio playing in the background was just noise, and the meal was a letdown from start to finish. The potato omelets seemed made for show, with no care and no real consistency, and even the salad was awful. After 25 years of coming to Galicia, this is the worst place I’ve tried here. A completely alien experience for Galicia, and a constant disappointment.

The decor and quality were lovely, and the food was spectacular, all homemade and typical Galician cooking. Service was a 10/10 when we had dinner there. Highly recommended, especially at such a reasonable price.

Merche and her family were always attentive, and the place was spotless. Our room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and there’s private parking. We had a fantastic week, with Areas beach a pleasant 1 km walk away and Agra cove only 900 m away.
