The food prices were fair for the quality, especially compared with other places charging a bit more for the same dishes. Still, lunch was a letdown. My tortilla arrived cold, and I was given a small soda, so I had to order two even though I’d seen other customers with the regular size. The first waiter was pretty rude: I was speaking clearly in Spanish, but he spoke to us in English and just pointed at the menu.

The octopus pizza is worth trying, though there seemed to be less octopus on our last visit, perhaps because it was high season. The food is really good, but prices have climbed quite a bit, and the monkfish burger in particular feels overpriced. One thing to know if there’s a queue: go inside to the bar and tell them you’re waiting for a table so they can write your name down. We didn’t realize and waited much too long.

You get a nice view and a prime spot, with the beach right across the street. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and the menu has a good range. It’s traditional Galician food with a twist.
