The terrace and pool both have lovely views. The accommodation was really nice, and the host was super friendly. She doesn’t speak English, but she does her very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a lovely walk to the church and river, and the pool has nice views. The bed was comfy, and the terrace and lounge were gorgeous. We loved the local white wine too. Breakfast included local fruit, bread, donuts, local walnuts, and coffee. At dinner I had pisto (ratatouille), buttered peas, and homemade cheesecake. The peas sounded awful but were lovely, and my boyfriend had meatballs. The hosts were lovely and made sure there was vegetarian food for me, even though we’d booked last minute and hadn’t given them notice. We came with our dog and had booked a room with mountain views, but because of the dog we were put in a different room. We got free laundry instead! Loved it here.

The staff made us feel like family, and the food was delicious. The newly renovated country hotel sits in a green valley among the mountains. Its pool has one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever swum in. Can’t wait to go back.

The countryside is beautiful, but I was very disappointed with the hotel. There were dead mice in the swimming pool, and breakfast was very poor.
