The location couldn't be more central, and the staff were lovely. Being able to drop the car off and use valet parking was handy too. But the soundproofing was awful, and the shower had moldy caulk. The smoke detectors blinked every five seconds, so I had to sleep in an eye mask. Drying my hair was a whole ordeal: the wall dryer had a one-foot cord and only worked while I held the button down. With the bathroom getting so hot, I ended up needing another shower.

We stayed in 2022 and really liked the stylish, reasonably spacious room and the good breakfast. Segovia's narrow, winding pedestrian streets make driving right up to the hotel tricky, so being able to get close and leave the car with the valet was impressive. I'd recommend it.

The staff were helpful, but the hotel could use some care. Our room and bathroom felt worn, the curtains were missing, and the bathroom needed a proper clean. There were footsteps overhead all night, sometimes heavy stomping, which made it seem like the room above was being used for work.

We had one of the best views we've ever had from a room, and the location was ideal. Service was excellent and friendly, too. The place has an old-fashioned elegance, though some areas look a little worn and due for a refresh. I'd happily stay again.

Segovia was wonderful, and our stay made it even more memorable. The hotel was spotless, perfectly placed, and the staff were warm and helpful. We loved it. Thanks for having us!
