The pitches were good, and the shower was hot and clean, though the toilet block was about 100meters away, which was a bit of a hassle. The whole site looks somewhat run down, but it was still OK for me. I’d messaged a couple of days ahead to make sure it was open, and the receptionist was extremely helpful. I hadn’t brought food, and they even gave me a little something to eat.

It’s a very quiet spot among the pines, with really friendly managers, and a good choice if you want to be close to nature. Just be aware that, contrary to what their website says, it’s in El Robledo, not Segura de la Sierra, about 10km away.

We had a wonderful few days here with the girls over the Andalusian long weekend. Agustín and his wife were so hospitable, and they know exactly why I’m grateful. They took a vacation that had started out just average and made it something lovely. Thanks so much for everything, Agustín. We’ll be back soon.

Agustín is such a friendly, helpful owner, and he makes sure we have what we need to enjoy our stay. We’re here at El Robledo campsite with friends and children, and it’s been fantastic. The cabins are comfortable and sit naturally in the surroundings, while the communal areas are great for relaxing and having barbecues. We’ll definitely come back.
