Our villa had all the modern comforts I needed to work remotely, including a really strong internet connection, while still giving us a chance to unwind. The private pool had gorgeous views and plenty of privacy, and in the evenings we could relax in the water with a bottle of wine as the sun went down. I also had a massage in the villa, one of the most relaxing I've ever had. The personal service and quiet made it easy to enjoy without going anywhere. Serra Nature is surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery, and waking up to the sounds of the mountains was special. It's an unforgettable mix of nature, luxury and comfort, and I'd recommend it whether you want to relax, work remotely, or do both.

I feel misled by the online descriptions, both when I booked on their website and on booking.com, and I've definitely overpaid. The place itself isn't bad, but there's a big catch. I booked a 'Villa Premium Extra Garden' advertised with a 140m2 garden and mountain views. There was no such garden. All 12 villas have a small patio-like garden instead. The villas are also much smaller than listed online. The largest is advertised as 141m2 on booking.com, but is about 45m2 in reality. I don't understand why they'd misstate this when guests will see the difference immediately. The property is beside a road and nowhere near as private as promised, and there were lots of wasps around. The finishings were okay, just not what I'd expect from a four-star eco luxury stay. They offered us a bigger villa, but that didn't make up for the blatant misrepresentation. Save yourself the heartache and book somewhere else.

The food at the bar and restaurant was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a private villa to get some rest, and it worked out well. There's plenty to enjoy in the way of luxury and privacy, especially the hot pool on your own terrace. The mountain view is lovely, with nobody in sight. Serra is a really nice town and very close by, and the place is just outside Valencia.

The meals were a real highlight, fresh, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful without being intrusive. My wife and I spent four unforgettable nights at Hotel Serra Nature in Valencia, and the whole stay left us impressed. We loved the calm, elegant feel and the care put into the details. The villas are thoughtfully designed, modern but still warm, with all the comforts in place. Ours had a private jacuzzi where we made a habit of relaxing in the evenings as the sun went down. Tucked into the hills, it feels secluded while still being easy to get to, with lovely mountain views and nature sounds in the morning. We left feeling completely recharged and were already talking about coming back. It's an experience we'll remember fondly for years.
