Woohoo Suites Madrid

The service was the best part. We left our tablet behind, and they called us and kept it safe for two weeks. The room was simple but had what we needed, and it was very clean. It's right in the city center, too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a basic kitchen with a fridge, sink and microwave. We stayed in a clean three-person room with a sink and shower, and shared a toilet; everything was kept tidy with daily room service. The hostel is right by Gran Vía, with lots of shops and affordable food nearby, plus metro and bus stops for getting to attractions. It was a great stay, though the lack of air conditioning was tough in 35C heat. There was a fan.

The rooms are tiny, but quiet from outside noise, and the hotel was clean. Soundproofing between the rooms could be better since they're so close together. There were a few small bathroom details to improve, nothing major. The location is hard to beat, and the service was excellent. Yandy was really friendly and looked after the customers well. I'd stay again, honestly.

Staying at this hostel on Gran Vía was a great experience, and the location made it easy to get around. The main sights, shops and restaurants are close by, with Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace all reachable on foot. It's a perfect base for exploring Madrid.
