The restaurant is worth booking ahead, and it's a good idea to call before you go, especially outside August, to check that they're open. The place itself is really pretty: a small village that's been turned into a hotel with a restaurant and café. Definitely worth a visit.

Mary looked after me so well. She was both professional and warm, and the place felt charming, clean, and welcoming. A perfect 10, and an experience I won't forget.

The bar and restaurant were open, and we'll definitely return. This charming little village has been restored authentically and really feels like typical Galicia. Top-notch! 👌🏼

The rooms were a letdown for us. When we needed a second bed, we were offered either a 90 cm bed or a small sofa that was impossible to sleep on. It was like sleeping on a board with barely any room. The price didn't match the service or what we'd expected. The village is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, but it isn't well maintained. In winter, the lovely shared room with the fireplace is kept off and only lit for a few hours. At night, when you want to spend an hour playing or having a drink, it's unbearably cold. The breakfast area has the same problem. On our first day, we even used the two logs that were the only ones in the woodshed to get the fireplace going from the back. The next day they complained about it, and the door was locked, so we couldn't get in.
