Bluewater Hotel

I was surprised by how tasty the breakfast and dinner were for a three-star hotel. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the service was friendly and really good. Highly recommended.

A small pool and a bar that stays open late were nice to have, along with ping pong and a pool table for guests. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s a short walk to both the beach and a supermarket. Great place to stay.

Playa es Marqués and the port are both very close, and parking was easy. The hotel is small, familiar and newly renovated, with comfortable, practical rooms. It was very clean and cozy too. There’s a buffet dining room, terrace and bar, and the pool is small but fine for a dip. Jose was attentive, friendly, kind and helpful. He looked after us at reception and at the bar, and the other guests seemed delighted with him too. Thanks, Bluewater and Jose. We’ll be back and hope to see you again.

The location is great, but there are other good hotels around, and I wouldn’t recommend this one unless you don’t mind a place that isn’t very clean. We stayed two nights after choosing it because of the good reviews, and it was a real disaster. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere and unclean towels. The bathroom fixtures weren’t clean either. They had supposedly cleaned the room the next day, but the towels were still dirty. There wasn’t even a small sample of hand soap. Breakfast cleaning also left a lot to be desired.
