The breakfast had lots of choice, and we especially liked the waffles and crêpes. There’s also a purified water machine on every floor for filling bottles. The gym was better equipped than I expected for a hotel, with a small food corner offering things like fruit and protein cookies, all facing the sea. Our room was compact but very clean, and the beds were great. The hotel is in a quiet, relaxing part of Mallorca, with lovely sea views. With the windows open, you can hear the sea, which I really enjoyed. Out front, there’s a rocky “beach” with steps into the water. It never felt crowded, so it’s a nice spot if you like having space and privacy. A few places are within walking distance, including a Cuban bar with live music and Á Portuguesa, where we ate really well. Flor de Sal salt flats are only a 10-minute drive away and well worth seeing. Thanks to Álvaro for the warm welcome and to Élodie for quickly helping us with an emergency. It made a real difference. I hope the hotel gets more positive reviews, because they deserve them. Thanks for everything!

We arrived a little early, and while our room was being prepared the staff welcomed us with a non-alcoholic salty cocktail. The Junior suite had sea views and impressed us with its size, comfort and quality. The weather was cool and windy in late May, so it was especially nice to come back to such a comfortable room. The rooftop was lovely for an afternoon break, with lounge music and beautiful sea views. The hotel is right beside a natural beach. Alvaro and the whole reception team were hospitable and took great care of us. Both buffet meals, breakfast and dinner, had a wide range of high-quality food. We had a fantastic stay and would be delighted to come back!

We can’t wait to return. The food was consistently tasty and high quality, with lots of variety each day, and everything about the stay felt carefully taken care of. The staff were welcoming, attentive and so friendly. Salvatore deserves a special thank you for being especially kind and helpful throughout our visit. David the Magician also made the holiday memorable with his amazing skills and performances. For a relaxing, enchanting break, I’d absolutely recommend Iberostar Es Trenc.

What a beautiful hotel, in a peaceful spot with beaches and various restaurants around it. The staff were so welcoming and kind, and this was definitely the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. The extra €7 fee for room service was the one thing that let it down. I’ve never come across that elsewhere. The buffet dinner was quite nice, but very overpriced for what it was. The chef’s salmon was raw inside; they apologised, so hopefully it won’t happen to anyone else.

We booked a short family trip spontaneously and ended up very happy we went. There were four of us, on a Holy Trinity holiday. The weather was fine, and the hotel was lovely, with friendly, organized staff. The rooftop was amazing, and our room had a gorgeous 270-degree sea view. Getting into the sea could be easier, as there’s no swim ladder. We also needed some time to get used to the room layout, with the bathroom facilities in the open area.
