Thb Class Sur Mallorca Hotel

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Reception let us sit and relax with a local drink, then sat with us while handling check-in. The service stayed excellent throughout, with staff always smiling, kind and attentive to what guests wanted, down to the details. The hotel is modern, very clean and has plenty of nice amenities. The food was gorgeous, and Julia, who grills the meat and fish, was amazing. I couldn't resist her grilled food every evening. Definitely worth visiting again!

We spent a few days in Colònia de Sant Jordi around the end of September and start of October, and hated the thought of leaving. Even with the hotel nearly full, it stayed peaceful. The staff were warm and attentive; within two days they knew our routines and favorite drinks, and we extended our stay by another two nights. Our upper-floor room had a king-size bed, a huge rain shower, a separate toilet and a stunning view. We kept looking out instead of unpacking. The sea-view terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and the rooftop was beautiful at sunset. Its view might be the best in town. The calm, elegant pool and the seaside promenade just outside, with walks to the beach, added to the stay. Breakfast and dinner buffets were fresh, varied and exceptional, with quality that felt truly five-star. We can't wait to return. For comfort, service and a little Balearic magic, this is the hotel we'd choose in Colònia de Sant Jordi.

We came as a family group, and the welcome couldn't have been better. The hotel was spotless, our rooms were clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping came more than once a day, and everyone was happy to help. Even at full occupancy it never felt crowded. There was plenty of excellent food, the pools were good, and the waiters were great. Fran especially was a character: he remembered what we liked to drink and teased our Liverpool-supporting son by showing him an Everton shirt.

The room was more like an apartment, with lovely views from two balconies: one for sunrise and the other facing sunset. Both the morning and evening scenery were spectacular. The hotel staff were the friendliest I've seen in years, which really set the place apart. And Agata, the fitness instructor, was outstanding, with a professional approach to health, body and mind. We had a fantastic time here.
