A nice house for a big group.

We had a very uncomfortable stay, and the only good part was Seville itself. The owner kept coming and going during our visit, which left us feeling watched and made it hard to have privacy in a place rented for guests’ exclusive use. We also had trouble getting our deposit back at the end. The house looked neglected from the start. There was a powerful smell inside, seemingly covered up with lots of air freshener, that made us suspect sanitation or septic tank issues. Cleanliness and upkeep were poor both indoors and outside. The mattresses were so uncomfortable that sleeping was difficult, and we found insects in some rooms. In the bathrooms, water leaked through the grout and tile cracks when we showered. This place needs major work on hygiene, cleaning, maintenance, and guest management before it should be offered in this condition. What should have been a pleasant getaway became an unpleasant experience. We absolutely wouldn’t recommend it or stay here again.

We had a bad experience. The bathrooms have holes in the floor that lead to the plumbing, and flushing brought waste back up with a terrible smell. You can’t even put toilet paper in the toilet. My friend, who’s a pothead, clogged it, and I still can’t believe it. The owner watches you on cameras like in Saw.

Getting to the house was a nightmare. The roads are unpaved and have no lights, and at night it seemed impossible to reach the place except by car. We struggled to get into the city center, and Uber drivers kept canceling because they wouldn’t take those roads. Public transport is hard to access, too. The cleaning was practically nonexistent. There were visible stains on the sheets and duvets, bugs inside, damp patches on the walls, and the general condition was VERY POOR. Some beds were in a second building beside the main house, but that place was UNINHABITABLE because the damp smell was unbearable. I absolutely do NOT recommend this accommodation.
