We were right by the ski lift, with direct garage access, and the staff were very friendly. The communal areas are maintained okay, and I imagine they were lovely 30 years ago. But the hotel itself feels old and gloomy, with no renovation or refurbishment in decades. The furniture is worn, the sofas are dirty and falling apart, and both our room and the whole fourth floor smelled of diesel, apparently from the old heating system. The ski locker room looked rather scary, and the lockers hadn't been cleaned inside for a while. I came with my three kids and paid 480eur per night. None of us wanted to go back after the first night, so we found another hotel. It wasn't a place to relax or enjoy a vacation. We didn't get a refund for the second night because we told the hotel in the late afternoon, well after checkout time. I wouldn't want to stay here even for free.

The café was a real plus, with a good breakfast and amazing evening snacks and sandwiches if you didn't want to face the crowds at nearby restaurants. Those meals cost extra and weren't part of the room. We stayed four nights, Monday through Thursday, and had a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious and well stocked, with plenty of hot water. The slopes are very close, about a 10-minute walk in gear to the lifts even with small children in tow. We also rented a locker through the hotel for our gear, which made things much easier. The price was good for the location, and we'll definitely book here again.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the location couldn't be better, right beside the lifts. There's a bar and lounge, plus a breakfast room. You can buy lift passes at reception, and there's a ski boot room beside the Gondola lift. The underground car park has direct access, and the lift opens straight onto the main square with its bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault it. Book before Christmas for the best prices.

We'd stayed here before and found the hotel clean, with spacious rooms, a good spot near the lifts, and direct access from the underground car park. We were meant to return this April, but current events forced us to cancel the trip. We'd prepaid, yet the hotel refunded us without question. Thank you.

There's loads of room, it's clean, breakfast is great, and the staff are fabulous. Parking underneath is a big plus. The only odd thing was an occasional noise like a washing machine on spin. Otherwise, it's fabulous.
