Lucas House by Sitges Group

We had a two-night stay in the penthouse apartment with two adults and four children. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. The location puts you right at the heart of Sitges, with shops and restaurants only a few minutes away. Customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to questions, offered useful advice, and the online check-in before arrival worked very well. I'll definitely come back with my family.

The large patio, with its outdoor furniture, was the highlight. Our two-bedroom apartment with a terrace was spacious and bright. The bedroom had blackout curtains and plenty of luggage storage, which made unpacking easy. The kitchen had crockery, cutlery, and pots, and the cleaning supplies and laundry tablet came in handy. It's about an eight-minute walk from the marina, train station, and bus station. Contactless check-in was easy. There are lots of restaurants close by on the main street, and a Carrefour Express nearby too.

There was construction in the building across the street, with noise so bad that staying in the apartment during the day for a vacation and work wasn't possible. The apartment contact wasn't willing to help find a solution unless I switched apartments for more than 300 Eur. It's frustrating to go on vacation and not get to enjoy it. I arrived yesterday and really like the location and apartment, but I'm very disappointed with the service and how they treat customers.

A perfect place, with clean, spacious rooms and everything you need in the apartment. Hope I can come back soon. Very nice.
