The apartment does not allow pets, and we travel with our dog. Less than 48 hours after booking it through Booking.com on 28 February, we contacted the host about this. We had booked a non-refundable rate, but got in touch almost immediately, leaving time for the apartment to potentially be rented again for those dates. The host still refused any refund or reasonable option. We have screenshots from three consecutive days showing the apartment listed as “sold out” for the same dates our reservation had been cancelled. After we raised this, the wording changed to “sold out on Booking.com.” Since the reservation was through Booking.com, the availability shown on that platform is what matters to us. These changes leave serious questions about how it was handled. We tried to resolve things politely and reasonably, asking for a full or at least partial refund given how quickly we contacted them after booking. No fair solution was offered. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The room was spacious and the sea view impressive. I especially loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and taking in the peaceful scenery. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and I had a fantastic stay in this beautiful location. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

This was my fifth stay with Sitges Apartment Group. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, with a great view and a roomy terrace. Service is excellent, and everything is clean and punctual.

We were a family of six, though the review description says two adults and two kids. The apartment was clean, laid out well, and had two bathrooms. Its balcony views are stunning, and the location puts you right in the heart of town, within walking distance of everything. Sitges apartment group replied quickly on WhatsApp, which was very helpful. I’d recommend the place and would return if I were in the area again.
