Alcázar Hotel Sóller

The only tricky part was getting there and figuring out parking. At first we weren’t sure which way to drive to reach the hotel. I’d park right in the hotel’s underground garage, or you risk getting a fine overnight. We had a lovely one-night stay in Sóller and would happily return. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast had a delicious range of options. The outdoor area and pool were beautiful and relaxing. The interior is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was stunning, and I especially liked the open bathroom. There’s a curtain available if you want more privacy. For the interior, definitely a 10/10.

Sóller is a gorgeous town, and this hotel is gorgeous too. The rooms are spacious and lovely, with great air conditioning, really comfortable beds, and good hot water pressure in the showers. Juan was the staff member we spoke to most, and he’s the kindest, friendliest man. The whole team was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, 100 out of 10. You’re missing out if you don’t stay here. I’d recommend it to absolutely everyone!

Sóller is beautiful, with lovely places to eat. We rented e-bikes and rode around the whole Valley, visiting other towns. The landscape is stunning, and the tram from the port is an easy, enjoyable 20-minute trip. The hotel was spotless, and the friendly staff always made us feel welcome. I don’t usually enjoy hotel breakfasts, but this one was very good, with a great selection. We couldn’t fault our stay and thought it was good value for what we paid. We’d gladly return to Sóller and this hotel.

We came in the off season, between Christmas and New Year, when many businesses were closed. The staff were kind and made things easy, even looking up which restaurants were open and giving us helpful recommendations. Service was seamless. The room was quiet and very comfortable, with a balcony looking over the mountains and the train below. The common area was beautiful and comfortable too. We liked unwinding in the cozy lounge with coffee or a drink, and the free sauna was a great bonus. Parking in the underground garage cost 18 euros and was well worth it, since the streets in Soller are narrow and hard to park on. Fantastic stay. We’d love to come back.
