Getting to the hotel would be easier with clearer communication. Aries street is hard to find, and we weren't given written directions. Taking the metro and then walking 10 minutes is the best and most reasonable option, including for the trip to the airport. That would be useful information to include as part of the service. We didn't pay an extra charge since we arrived after 8 pm and left at 6 am. Still, the hotel charges extra for each hour of early check-in or late checkout. The room and location were fine, especially for a flight the next day.

They canceled my booking without telling me. I got a full refund after calling my bank, but getting from the airport to the hotel cost me time and money. They should have canceled and let me know before I arrived. The customer service was terrible and horrible. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet, the location decent, and the kitchen functional. But the bedroom felt like a little cave with no windows. There was gum on the floor behind the front door, which makes me wonder if the floors are kept clean. The freezer had a thick layer of frost, and there was no soap in the bathroom. The door code didn't work, and the smelly aroma sprayers were unpleasant. Guests have to take rubbish to the public square half a block away. Also, the fire extinguisher was so high on a shelf that even a 6' tall man couldn't reach it safely.
