The app made getting into the accommodation simple and efficient, and the staff communicated wonderfully from the time I booked. The place had everything I could need, with a great location, a comfortable bed, and quiet nights. It was exceptionally clean, too. I was lucky to meet the reception staff, who were friendly, efficient, and made me feel at home. They offered me a discount if I come back to Madrid and stay at one of their accommodations. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you.

We loved Madrid, and the accommodation was comfortable. Larbie was a lovely guy, really helpful and great at communicating with us deaf people. We appreciate it, top man. We'll definitely come back here. Thank you ☺️

Thanks for a great stay. The location was wonderful, and Larbi and Hanna at reception were especially nice and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Aside from the location, I found nothing good about this place. The room was very dirty, including the sheets, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with awful back, shoulder, and neck pain each morning after all three nights. The AC didn't work, so we were cold the whole time. The sofa bed was horrendous and unstable, not fit for sleeping, even for dogs. We paid over 200€/night. I wouldn't come back even if they paid me.

The apartment was dirty, and customer service wouldn't respond. We asked for the bad mattress to be changed, but nothing was done. At checkout we requested an inspection and nobody came. We left the place clean and had even brought a cleaner, yet they're deducting 200 euros for silly things. They're also charging an extra 100 euros for electricity and water without official evidence. They tried to delete my comment. What do they say now, with these screenshots attached?!
