The locations are great, and you can unlock the apartment with the app. After checkout, we could leave our luggage at their office, about a two-minute walk away. Replies were fast between 11am and 7pm, but you can't reach the office before 11am or after 7pm. The AC didn't cool properly, especially since we were on the top floor. I reminded the office once, but it still wasn't fixed. The room was like a bakery or sauna, and I couldn't sleep, waking several times during the night. The water pump didn't provide enough water for four people staying in the apartment. The elevator is small too, so our family of four had to take it twice each time we went up or down.

The room was spacious and nice, with plenty of hangers in the closet. The location was perfect for us, and we could walk to most tourist attractions. Even on a busy street, it wasn't very noisy, so the soundproofing must be good. My allergies flared up in the room, so it must have been dusty. We also asked for extra towels and were told there weren't any available, which I find hard to believe. We never got them and had to reuse the same dirty towels for three days. Terrible.

The location is great and they respond quickly, but the place felt gloomy and overpriced. The building and stairwell were dim, and the light sensors took a while to come on. The room was clean but dark, and the shower temperature was hard to control, switching quickly from cold to hot. The lift was broken, so my elderly parents had to climb five floors. I messaged again in the morning, but it still wasn't fixed at 10am. I didn't continue staying there. I booked another much nicer place nearby, 50 ft away, new and clean, with a 24/7 front desk. The photos don't look exactly like the actual place. Please check other options too, just my two cents. Be aware that this building has no elevator. I made the mistake of booking it, but messaged them on WhatsApp first. They said there was a lift, so I went ahead. We had three big suitcases.

We had a great stay at Suites You Zinc. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower had hot water and great pressure. Noise was manageable for us, since we live in a city, but light sleepers may struggle because most units face the Main Street. The place is right off Plaza Mayor, within walking distance of everything, and close to several metro stations. The price was very reasonable. They could add a clothes rack with some hangers. We'd stay again.
