I had to find somewhere else to stay at short notice, and I’m glad I found this place. The area was great, and reception was really friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, a window facing a backyard, and plenty of storage. Great value, I’d definitely recommend it.

I ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed had bed bugs. Staff offered to bring sheets, but that didn’t address the problem. When I asked for a refund, they kept changing their explanation: first claiming the sheets in my pictures weren’t theirs, even though staff had seen them in the room, then saying they couldn’t tell when the photos were taken despite the timestamps, and finally saying the sheets’ texture didn’t match. The staff were rude and kept lying so they wouldn’t have to compensate me or refund me. I spent the night on the floor and was itchy all over. It was a disaster. If anything goes wrong, they’ll blame you and twist the story to say you’re lying. Save yourself and DO NOT BOOK!!!

The two receptionists were so kind and supportive, which made the hostel a perfect base for exploring Madrid. I had a great stay.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was good. I’d stay here again.

Really clean, modern, and comfortable, with a perfect location. It was easy to find, too.
