The apartment itself was fairly decent: a small kitchen, a little living room with a sofa, basic amenities, and a bedroom for two. But the service was awful. The water was completely shut off for almost an entire day, and staff just told me to wait without doing anything. I had to buy water from nearby shops to wash, and nobody compensated me. The price was also very high compared with other apartment-style hotels nearby. I definitely wouldn't recommend this unfriendly place.

Big, clean apartments and friendly staff, with shops and restaurants all around. It's very central, about 150 meters from Sol, mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. A good option for couples or small families.

The bed was comfortable, and the spacious suite had a nice kitchen with all the basic amenities. Great place to stay.

Nani at reception was really helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a firm mattress, and it stayed quiet. They also have a washing machine, clothes airer racks, ironing board and iron. Everything was an easy 4-6 minute walk away: the Royal Palace, Catedral de la Almudena, shopping streets and cafés, Mercado San Miquel, Carrefour express, and Opera station. There's a taxi stand too. Mercado San Miquel has a great vibe, but the food market is overpriced. The nearby pub has better food for less.

We walked to Calle Serrano and Retiro Park several times, and it was also easy to reach Gran Vía or Plaza Isabel II for the metro. The location was fantastic. It worked really well for our family, like a mini-apartment. I slept in the living room while my parents had the master bedroom. Customer service was very friendly, and the cleaning staff were respectful.
