The location of Hotel Montera is super central, and I could see everything I wanted within a 15-minute walk. The rooms are modern and clean, with a huge, really comfortable bed. The doormen do their job well, and the hotel felt very safe, especially for solo travellers. After such a great stay, we’ll be coming back to Madrid and staying here again. I’d recommend it to everyone, and especially to anyone travelling alone. The service was incredibly attentive all weekend. Everyone we met was kind and seemed genuinely happy to help and chat. Anthony greeted me at the door and helped us figure out where to go and how to get around the hotel, then guided us to reception. Natalia checked us in and made us, as young women, feel safe and welcome the whole time. She was attentive, chatty, and welcoming, and no request was too much. I've stayed in luxury hotels around the world, but Natalia gave me the best service I've ever had.

We had a lovely weekend as a couple, and the suite upgrade made the stay feel extra special. The location is 10/10, right in the heart of Madrid and great for exploring on foot. The rooms are modern, stylish, and beautifully finished. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Since I was six months pregnant, they went out of their way to look after me, even bringing a pregnancy pillow to the room. Cristina, the Guest Relations Manager, was especially wonderful and made us feel very well cared for. Breakfast had à la carte and continental options. Everything was good quality and nicely presented. We had no complaints and would highly recommend the hotel. We’d absolutely return.

The location made it easy to explore the city, get to key attractions, and use transport. Staff were professional and friendly, and the warm atmosphere made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to handle our requests and take care of the details. We ran into some issues during the stay, but the hotel dealt with them quickly and professionally and compensated us adequately. We were very impressed with the service and would gladly recommend this comfortable, well-situated hotel.

We checked out today and everything was perfect. The hotel was excellent, the service outstanding, and we enjoyed every moment. If we come to Madrid again, we’ll definitely stay with you. The room was spotless and nicely equipped, and we really enjoyed the restaurant food and drinks. The hotel also made my birthday feel special with decorations and a treat sent up to the room. Anthony and Rafa were especially warm and welcoming, though everyone we met was kind, genuine, and seemed happy to be there. Staff handled every request and question with a smile and real competence. Madrid is such a great city, and this stay made the trip even better. Five stars, and I can’t wait to come back.
