Casa Soller

This is a four-storey house with 175 m² of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there’s a living-dining room with a decorative fireplace, dining table and satellite TV, plus a separate living room. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker, as well as a small dining table and an exit to the terrace and garden. There’s also a separate WC. Heating runs on an oil-fired boiler, with oil costing €1.10 per liter. The first floor has a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and access to the interior terrace, another bedroom with two single beds and a street-facing balcony, and a bathroom with shower and WC. On the second floor there’s a further twin bedroom with balcony access and another bathroom with shower and WC. The top floor has a second living-dining room with satellite TV and international channels, and an interior terrace overlooking the mountains. The house is non-smoking and has no Wi-Fi. For arrival, take the Sóller exit from the motorway and follow Ma-11 through the tunnel. At the first roundabout in Sóller, continue straight towards the town centre along Carrer d'Isabel II, to Plaça d'Espanya, La Caixa, heading towards the church. Residents are allowed through here, so don’t stop at the “No Entry” sign. Continue towards Fornalutx and Biniaraix, go behind the church at Plaça d'Antoni Maura, pass a traffic light and the private car park on Carrer de Sant Jaume, opposite number 2. A few metres beyond the car park, turn left onto Carrer des Metge A. Maiol. Follow it for about 100 metres to a row of houses, then keep going until the road bends right. The house on the left, straight ahead in the pedestrian zone, is “Carrer Bon Any nº 11”. You can stop there to unload, then park in the private parking area. The contact person will be waiting if you’ve called them beforehand.
