Petit Biniaraix

The terrace looks out over the mountains, and there’s a local restaurant just 15 metres up the street that’s well worth a visit. We had two wonderful days here. The hotel feels like a home, with lovely character, a stunning view and warm hospitality. Breakfast is made to order from a note you fill in the evening before. We ordered far too much, but it was all delicious. With a car, it’s a great base for exploring northern Mallorca; coming on foot from Sóller also gives you plenty of little countryside hikes.

I canceled my refundable booking more than a week before check-in, but I still haven’t received the refund. They also haven’t replied to any of my emails.

Getting to Biniaraix was a bit complicated, but the staff at Petit Biniaraix helped us sort it out, and communication with them was smooth. We had a great stay in this lovely town. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with really comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and the people working there were friendly. We also enjoyed chatting with them.

I booked a refundable room and canceled more than a week before check-in, which was within the cancellation policy. They’re ignoring my emails and still refusing to refund me.
