Soller Garden

For a budget friendly stay, this is the place. We had comfortable beds, a good shower, and a private outdoor area. The rooms are basic, but we didn’t come to spend time inside, and breakfast was really good value. It’s a great location, with the bus stop a two minute walk away and the beach seven minutes away. The whole vibe is super cool, and we have ZERO complaints. The staff are awesome and helpful. Also, there’s a SUPER nice lady with long brown hair who works there. She IS THE BEST!!

There’s plenty of food and choice at breakfast, but the coffee is horrible. It was okay otherwise, though they were very clear that you couldn’t take any food with you, not even a leftover egg or tiny muffin. For 90 euros a night, it’s very basic: there aren’t any utilities in the room, not even a little fridge. There’s no parking available on-site, and the parking around there is for residents, so you’re left with a few paid spots a bit farther out. It’s alright, but expensive for what you get.

The pool area is great, with lots of chairs and sun beds, a good bar, and friendly staff. It’s a five minute walk to the bus stop and seven minutes to the beech. This is a ONE STAR HOTEL, so the rooms and breakfast are basic, though there’s plenty to eat. Rooms have clean, comfortable beds, basic furniture, lots of hot water for showers, and a ceiling fan. There’s no fridge, TV, aircon, or room service.

I’d strongly advise against staying at Soller Garden. On our first night, we found cockroaches in MY BED. When we told the staff, they said it was “normal because it’s nature.” We found that shocking and unacceptable. The hotel offered no solution, so we left the next morning because of the unsanitary conditions. The woman at reception was arrogant and completely disrespectful. There was no apology, help, or customer care. To this day, the hotel hasn’t accepted any responsibility. If hygiene, respect, or basic hospitality matter to you, stay elsewhere.
