We could always find a sunbed, and I think the hotel was close to full. The spa was nice, though the hot tub could use a little upgrade. Breakfast was edible and had a decent buffet selection, and we liked the restaurant food too. The facilities were well kept and I'd recommend the hotel. I'm not sure why other reviews mention the average age of guests, it wouldn't affect you. The location was brilliant, a two second walk from the restaurants and beach. I found the beds comfortable, and that's saying something because I'm fussy. The rooms were kept clean each day and nice and dark for sleeping. Everyone on staff was exceptionally nice, especially the bar and front desk teams. There was usually only one person handling all the bar orders, perhaps another in the back, so another bar staff member would help. Even under pressure, the person serving was always pleasant and friendly. I'd definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Service was the one area that could be better. I brought it up during my stay too, because the staff didn't feel very hospitable or accommodating.

The hotel itself was great, with a good location and room, and the staff were super. But it doesn't feel family friendly. The average guest age seemed to be around 70+, and it felt like they target older people, which seems to work. Our daughter slept in a travel cot beside our bed, and we were charged EUR 170 per night on top of an already pricey room at EUR 600/night. For that price, they could at least have a decent travel cot. It felt as if families weren't welcome to return.

The hotel and the views are gorgeous, and the location is easily the best part. You're right by the beach, restaurants, and lots of shops, so it's easy and enjoyable to get around. We had a good stay, but had more fun outside the hotel. There wasn't much atmosphere or interaction inside, so I don't think I'd stay again, though it's a good choice for convenience. I was there for five nights in July. Breakfast was lovely and relaxing, and the rooms were a decent size and kept clean. The pool was nice, but it got busy and finding a lounger each day was very difficult. People left towels lying around, which was frustrating. Service could be ridiculous at times. We sometimes waited for someone to serve us and were ignored. Staff weren't especially friendly or talkative. The service was okay, nothing special, and a lot of things seemed overpriced for what you got. It felt more like a low four star hotel than the place it presents itself as.
