The location makes it easy to get to the beach and restaurants, and the hotel was very clean with excellent staff and service. There’s a small pool area with an inviting feel and usually plenty of sun loungers, plus a rooftop with a hot tub. The pool was a little cold in May.

The rooms were spotless and looked after well, though a few details felt dated. We also made good use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and all three were great. The rooftop area could use an update, but it's a lovely place to catch the sunset. The hotel is right by the beach, the breakfast was great, and the staff were warm and always keen to help with what we needed. We'd happily stay again.

The family suite was just a sofa converted into a bed, and there wasn't even a bath in the room. The gym equipment was old and didn't work. I couldn't order a drink through room service, and the hot tub was full of flies and hadn't been cleaned during my stay. You have to ask for the sauna to be switched on, then wait 45 minutes. I'm not staying again. Overpriced rubbish. Their response says it all. Thanks for confirming.

The poolside cocktail robot was a fun touch, and the room was great. The restaurant made the best paella I ate during my stay in Mallorca. I tried a few other places to be sure 😉. The staff were consistently helpful and lovely. I had a splendid stay and really appreciated the hospitality. When I return to Mallorca, I won't consider staying anywhere else.

The breakfast had loads of choices and was amazing. My room was spacious, clean and lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great spot. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Port de Soller.
