Hotel El Guía

The service was brilliant, and I’d stay here again or recommend it to others. The receptionists spoke several languages, and on our second morning the breakfast server addressed us by name. My husband has a dairy allergy, and the server made sure his needs were taken care of. We didn’t use the pool, but it was there if we wanted it. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quaint, with beautiful architecture, and sits a little off the main strip.

I’d definitely come back to Hotel El Guía, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sóller. Daniel was especially welcoming, with attentive service throughout my stay. The location in the heart of town made it easy to explore Sóller and the surrounding area. My room had a lovely rustic character and a relaxing atmosphere, and the private spa was peaceful and luxurious, just right for unwinding.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Our clean, spacious room had a beautiful mountain view, plus a bath and bidet in the bathroom. There’s a cute little outdoor pool with seating. The hotel is in the town centre but wasn’t noisy, except for the tram, whose sound was actually delightful and funny.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh fruit, hot and cold dishes, and plenty of bread, cereals and pastries. Staff were fabulous, so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, large and had modern, well-equipped bathrooms. It’s a lovely hotel in a great central spot right next to the tram, and very good value for money. There was sometimes a drain-like smell in the courtyard, so we didn’t have a drink out there. Because of the location, it could also get noisy from about 7ish am to 11pm. I’d still recommend it.
