The staff were friendly enough and the rooms were clean, but I wouldn't come back. The food really let the hotel down: it was cold, didn't cater much for English guests, and we had to guess what most of it was. Of the 75 TV channels, only about 30 worked, and they were all in Spanish, despite the room information advertising European channels. We were told all week it was a network issue outside the hotel's control. They suggested maybe subscriptions for those channels don't start until 1 May, but kept giving us the same explanation.

The food was fresh and delicious, with lots of choice, and Maria and Toni at reception were lovely. Everyone else we met was lovely too. The hotel is stunning and beautifully clean, with everything you need. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful, and the sauna and steam room are great. I'd recommend it!

We had a lovely four-night trip with friends and I'd happily stay here again. The hotel and facilities were great, with plenty of food to choose from and very reasonably priced drinks. The guys behind the bar were a lot of fun. It's in a quieter spot, just a short stroll from the main promenade and town.

The staff were lovely, and the room had a good view. Still, this wasn't one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I paid for a double bed but got two singles pushed together. The shower itself was powerful, but its design made the bathroom flood, and the balcony had no privacy from neighboring rooms. There were no signs showing what's on each level apart from one in the reception lobby. The food wasn't great either. For lunch on our first day, I ordered a hot sandwich expecting a toastie, but got two pieces of toast with a slice of fake cheese and very cheap ham. Dinner was a buffet, but there was lots of seafood that I can't eat and only two or three other things I could have. After those two meals, we decided to eat out. I won't stay here again.
