House With 3 Bedrooms in Cala Millor, With Enclosed Garden and Wifi -

The room had a balcony for drying beach towels or just sitting out, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan that helped make the hot nights bearable. It was very clean. Towels were changed daily when we asked, and the sheets were changed once during our week-long stay. Jessica, our host, was lovely and helpful. The guesthouse is two minutes from the beach, with a bakery across the road, a supermarket a minute away and a bus stop five minutes away. Cala Millor has a long beach with clear water that can turn an amazing blue. Two loungers and an umbrella cost 14 euros a day, a bit pricey, though comfortable. People were nice, mostly families, and there are plenty of different restaurants. We had great pizza at pizzeria due and tapas at gastrobar migjorn and la sangria. The town centre has lots of shops for an evening stroll. I'd suggest the area to families with young children or couples who want to relax, swim and sunbathe. A few drawbacks: the toiletries, like shower gel and soap, came in such small amounts that they wouldn't have lasted, though we had backups with us. An air conditioner would be welcome in summer, even though the ceiling fan helped a lot. The shower was very small and uncomfortable at times, though I'm tall. Each time someone shut a door, ours made a loud bang. We put a chair in front of it, which stopped the noise. The street was also noisy with motorbikes and loud people. It was too hot to keep the window closed, and some nights we gave up trying to sleep.
