Everything was clean and tidy, and the place felt really welcoming. We were allowed to have a barbecue, weather permitting, and the children loved it. Being able to get away from it all just 25 minutes from home was a real find for me. The location is perfect. Excellent, truly.

The new management has made this place truly wonderful. It's a beautiful, fascinating spot, cozy and clean, with excellent service. I'll definitely be back! 😍🤗👍

The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and seems well suited to families with children. But our group of 32 found the facilities below standard: the toilets were clogged, cleanliness was generally lacking, some sheets didn't seem freshly changed, and the outdoor seating was practically falling apart. Nobody was there during our stay, so the front gate remained open even at night. It's very well located, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

The setting is spectacular and very well located, and I could imagine returning if the accommodation were in better condition. We were 32 people, adults and children, and the place was almost fully booked. During our six days there were many problems. When we arrived, the house wasn't ready, and we couldn't get into all the rooms until 7:30 pm. I don't blame the cleaning staff: two people can't properly clean seven houses with bathrooms, kitchens, and other amenities. Even so, we had to check out later today. Some linens hadn't been changed, including in bungalow 2, and sheets and towels were missing. The houses were generally unhygienic. Toilets were blocked with hair, drained badly, and many couldn't be used. Bathrooms had dampness, were poorly maintained, and had broken toilet seats. The txoko (a traditional Basque social space) was filthy. We cleaned it ourselves, but it was embarrassing that a place advertised for group lunches or dinners couldn't be used because it smelled damp, had junk and cobwebs everywhere, and was generally dirty. Sheets had been hanging there for a week, and were still there after the cleaning staff left. We understand bugs are normal in the mountains, but cobwebs on walls and furniture aren't acceptable. One house smelled of gas; I wrote to you and got no reply. The dishes were broken or incomplete, and the outdoor tables were neglected, wobbly, splintered, and close to breaking.
