Cal Capita Sora

Beautiful views and a breathtaking setting. It's a nice place to stay, I'd recommend going.

Best hotel.

We arrived at Cal Capita Sora and immediately fell for the place, even before going inside. Beni made the welcome even better and made us feel at home, always available whenever we needed something. We planned on four nights but were so comfortable that we stayed for five. The rooms are well equipped, and despite the really negative comments I'd read, we were glad we came to see for ourselves. The mattresses were perfect. We stayed in apartment 7 with a jacuzzi and watched the stars from there, with lovely mountain views too. There's also a jacuzzi guests can book from 10 in the morning until 23:00 if their apartment doesn't have one, plus a pool. It's incredibly peaceful, and we were so glad to have had that time there. We'll definitely be back.

For switching off, the location is hard to beat if you want peace and quiet. The pool and lawn were very well kept, pets are welcome, and the apartments are big. The billiards are free, though only one cue could be used and it had no chalk on the tip. The ground floor games area had several games, but we couldn't find a complete one. In the rooms, the furniture is quite worn, with some of it apparently affected by previous dogs and owners who don't look after it. The spa is small and doesn't seem to get cleaned much. There's no record of the cleaning, and some panties were in a corner when we arrived and still there the next day. General cleaning could be better too. Hot water failed while we were there. The owner called promptly to get it fixed, and it was, but then it failed again. The internet kept cutting out, and I had no mobile data. In the video, water was spraying everywhere from the upstairs shower. It's a place to disconnect, but go knowing what it's like.
