Good stay.

The room I paid an extra €15 per night for was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. I showed it to the manager as soon as I arrived. He apologized and said they’d clean it the next morning, but after I’d been away for two nights, it was still just as bad. I have photos if anyone has doubts. Booking was a nightmare. I’ve traveled extensively in Spain and abroad, and this was easily my worst booking experience. I wanted to use a Wonderbox gift card, but they changed my hotel, charged me extra, and were slow to reply to calls and WhatsApp messages, if they replied at all. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this chain.

We got a terrible room during a heatwave. The indoor AC unit seemed to be there for decoration because it wasn’t blowing cold air. Even if it had been 30 degrees Celsius, it would have been just as bad. They said the technician couldn’t come until the next morning. We asked to switch rooms or get a refund, but they refused. The room was old, small, and dirty, beside a road with constant traffic. A really awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

You can hear traffic constantly, and the room was small and dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere, and the furniture was old and worn. They also don’t mention that there’s no receptionist. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
