Lucentina Line

We had a great time at Villa Lucentina and would gladly return. The ground-floor apartment had two bedrooms, lots of space, a good layout and a lovely outdoor area. Everything felt new, modern, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and modern, and the air conditioning and heating both worked well. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. There’s a pool in the complex that looked lovely, though we didn’t use it. Mercadona is just a few minutes away on foot, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the main beachfront. There are also smaller bays and stony beaches closer by for a quick, quiet visit. We drove and could always find street parking nearby without any trouble, though paid parking is available at the accommodation. We also used the electric car charger at Mercadona a few times, which was very handy. We could hear some traffic, buses and children from a nearby school in the bedrooms. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers may want to know. There’s still building work in the developing area, though it didn’t affect our stay. A comfortable, stylish base for exploring Villajoyosa and the surrounding area.

We had everything close by, while the neighborhood itself was quiet. The supermarket, beach, charming town and several good restaurants were all within walking distance. The apartment in Villajoyosa is beautiful and brand new, with careful design throughout. Its modern, roomy kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the large balcony was lovely for breakfast or relaxing. The furnishings were very comfortable.

We stayed in ground-floor apartment 1.0 C. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a garden at both the front and back. The living room was very spacious, with a high ceiling and a large television. There’s also a large communal pool in the garden. Nicely furnished and close to both the town and the sea. We’ll definitely return.
