We’ve been here three days so far and nobody has mentioned what any extras cost, and there are no menus, so I hope there aren’t any awkward surprises. The hotel also has a small, pleasant pool and a comfortable garden around it. There’s no air conditioning, which has been just about okay in late July at this altitude. It’s set up for white water rafting on the nearby river, but it still works well as a hotel. Everyone has been helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived quite late on our first night. They got us good pizzas quickly. Several staff speak English, so we’ve managed comfortably without Spanish or Catalan.

The breakfast was very good, with local products, and the location is great. The rooms are really comfortable and nice. They offer rafting too, which is well worth trying.

We had an amazing three days rafting and canyoning with the hotel. The guides were great and funny, and we had a wonderful time with them. Since we visited off season, the hotel was empty. It was clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We were a group of 13 and pretty much had a whole floor to ourselves. The hotel feels homely, the staff were helpful and flexible, and it’s in a lovely natural setting. In summer, you can arrange rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed, kayaking and other adventure sports through the hotel, and they’re great fun.

Arriving by motorcycle a bit wet, we were given extra towels to dry off. Priceless! There’s motorcycle parking on site too, along with excellent rooms and amenities. Thank you, Florido Hotel!
