There are only two toilets and two showers for 50 people, and unless there are four of you, there isn't a toilet in the house, so you have to walk all the way to the public bathroom. They also mislead you about the children's prices, which are very expensive. The rooms are really dirty, and they let animals sleep on the beds. I wouldn't recommend this place to families.

We had a great time here with our group of teenagers, and I thought it was a really good hostel for young people. The outdoor activities can carry on late because the lighting is good, and there are other things to do if it rains. The kitchen ladies were lovely, and the service was good overall. They were helpful and worked around what we needed. My one suggestion would be to use something other than margarine in the restaurant, especially with so many good local products in Cantabria. I imagine regulations may make that difficult, but it's something to consider. Thanks to Paradiso Hostel for being professional and friendly.

The food was wonderful, and the staff were attentive and efficient. It's a beautiful, comfortable place I'd remember, recommend, and gladly come back to.
