We had a very pleasant two-night stay in a type D apartment. It was clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished. The bed is firm, the pillows soft and high, and sheets and towels are included. We missed having soap in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal since people usually bring toiletries to apartments like these. The kitchen is well equipped, with a washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and cleaning supplies. The apartment is in town, near all kinds of bars, shops, and restaurants. You can walk down to the beach, though with lots of luggage I'd take a car. The beach has paid parking, €3 a day or €3.45 with the Telpark app. On weekdays, you can often find a space around the residential area near the port. There's also a reserved parking space for the apartments, a real bonus in Suances during summer. The owners were very helpful and let us check in before 3 pm, which meant we could drop our things off before heading to the beach. Noise does carry between apartments, and pets are allowed, so it depends on your neighbors and how considerate everyone is. Prices are about average, though booking through their website was around €10 less per night than Booking.com. I recommend the place.

The constant noise was awful. With the wooden floors and structure, every movement could be heard, even when we tried to walk quietly, and we heard everything from the next apartment. There were ants all through the house, including a tray of pastries left on the kitchen counter for breakfast, which was covered by morning. Cleaning seemed minimal, the shower walls had mold, and a terrible sewage smell meant we had to leave the windows open all day. Long-legged spiders were everywhere too. A terrible experience, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

José and Montse were wonderful and sorted out our misunderstanding about checkout time without any fuss. The apartment is close to the center of Suances, and it worked perfectly for a family getaway. The beach is only five minutes away, but I'd recommend driving there. Highly recommended.

Quiet, welcoming, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is excellent, and parking is included. The owner was friendly and attentive. I'd recommend it.

The owners are so welcoming, and we keep coming back because we love the place. It's a lovely spot to unwind for a few days. The town center is an easy walk away, though you'll need a car to reach the beach. There are apartments in different sizes, and some have a garden area depending on which one you book. Pets are welcome too.
