Playa Ribera

I really liked the terrace out back. The room was clean, and the hotel has a lovely beachy feel.

The breakfast was good, and I slept comfortably in a nice room with a bath.

We had a really relaxing few days as a couple. The place is peaceful and very close to the beach, with paths nearby for walks or runs. Our room had a terrace that got sun for most of the day, and there was a lovely little heated pool. You could also sit at tables on the terrace and have a drink. We loved it.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty for everyone: breads, homemade desserts, sweet and savory choices, and eggs cooked in different ways, including homemade omelet. The seeded bread was delicious. Everyone we met, from reception to the dining room, was very friendly. We'd booked a room with a jacuzzi on level -1, but got moved up to the first floor. It was lovely, with three separate areas and lots of thoughtful extras: chocolates, cava, robes, slippers, water, and music piped in. The mattress was so comfy it seemed to wrap around you, and the sheets were incredibly soft. There were sweets at reception, too. We'll be back, and next time we'll try the outdoor jacuzzi. My only personal wishes were avocado at breakfast and straws for drinking, since my boyfriend likes using one with his coffee so it doesn't get on his teeth, hehe. Thanks so much. Maybe when we return in a year, we'll find those additions!
