We found insects, including spiders, on the walls, and the room was freezing at night. It was also filthy: mold, dirty bedding with hair stains, and urine left in the toilet. Avoid this place. Ask to see the rooms before paying. Is there no health authority nearby that checks places like this?
The surroundings were clean and pleasant, and the location worked fine as long as you have transport available. Breakfast was the weak point: the same limited selection every day. We stayed five nights, and by day three it had stopped looking appealing.
Quiet spot, and the hotel was clean and cozy. There's free private parking too.

The staff were wonderful when our car broke down on Sunday. They helped us through the whole process and found a solution, and were so kind. Thank you for everything! I also loved the breakfast, especially the toast, which was the best I've had. The inn itself is charming, with little cottages around a square, and its quiet setting is close to everything.
