I stayed for 11 days in the off-season. The owner offered me a discount for booking directly instead of through Booking.com. I first thought it might be a scam, but I went ahead, and he also upgraded me from two single beds to a big bed for free. The restaurant was either closed or only open sporadically until the afternoon, so nights were quiet, though summer could be different. The garden was lovely for unwinding in the evening and watching the sunset. It's well designed and away from city life, but you'll need a car to get to town and its markets. My only complaint during this winter visit was the moldy bathroom. Humidity seems to be a problem in rainy months, so sensitive or sick people should be careful. Otherwise, it was a fine little bedroom, just a bed and your own bathroom, with no fridge or microwave.

Communication and service were terrible. We arrived to find the room damp and humid, with a strong moldy smell. It was so unpleasant that we left immediately and told the staff right away. We asked for a partial refund for one of the two nights since we didn't stay at all. They said the first night couldn't be rebooked, but that they had rented out the second. We tried several times to reach them on WhatsApp, but heard nothing for days. When we followed up, they kept saying they were waiting for the owner's response, and eventually there was no reply at all. No resolution, no service, and no professionalism. If you want a clean, reliable place with decent communication, I strongly advise against staying here.

The location is the best, close to everything while still surrounded by nature. The rooms are amazing, the food superb, and the guys are cool and helpful. There's a lot of activities on offer. I come back often, and keep coming back more!

We stopped by Saturday for a late lunch, and the employee, who might even have been the owner, made us feel so welcome 🤍. The staff were lovely, and the food and drinks were excellent. Thanks so much for a nice experience. We'll definitely come back 🤙🏼™️

The garden is beautiful, and the location is great, close to the spots for wind or kite surfing without the bustle of the town center. We had sushi there some years ago and it was really good quality. The breakfast is nice too. The hostel must be a great experience as well. Definitely a spot to try 🙌
