We stayed one night with young kids on a half-board booking. For the €250 we paid, there were too many small frustrations, and I'd probably choose a well-run 3-star hotel for €100 less. The Royal Level areas were quieter, but the regular pools seemed warmer and nicer, with more for the children to do. We ate only at the Royal buffet, Asana, where the food and service were good. There was a good tea selection, and even the automatic coffee machine made decent coffee. The dining area wasn't very clean, with dirty chair cushions, and the tables felt too close together. Our room was spacious, the kids' club was large and nice, and the staff were always pleasant. The resort is huge and seems to offer a lot, especially sports, though we didn't have time to try them. Our ground-floor room looked out onto bushes and a power plant. The bathroom smelled noticeably of sewage. It wasn't bad enough for us to deal with changing rooms on a one-night stay, but it was very annoying. The room felt tired, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable, though bearable for one night. Getting from our room to the kids' club meant walking a kilometer across the street and going up three floors. We needed the resort map to find our way. Some details were missed: there was dust in the room, the sofa bed wasn't made up, and our keys stopped working 15 minutes before checkout. We had to get a housekeeper to let us back in.

The complex is beautiful, the food is good, and everyone working here is extremely friendly. I do like the resort. But it gets noisy in the evenings, and I've woken up several times in the night. Quiet and good sleep matter a lot to me. Resting and relaxing are the main things I want from a holiday, and I'm finding that difficult here.

On my first visit, I was really impressed by the relaxed feel, attentive service, friendly staff, and the quality and range of the food. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were lovely and fluffy, and the pool area was clean and tidy without having to compete for a lounger. Evening entertainment was good, and food and drink prices were reasonable. The location is the main drawback. I'd try to avoid a room facing the power station. It would also be nice to swim in the sea in front of the hotel. Access could be made easier, but that area doesn't seem to have been maintained. For an active resort, I expected a bigger, better equipped gym. It surprised me how small it was. A sauna, steam room, cold plunge, or hydro pool would be welcome additions. Maybe one day. I'd still return.

We stayed at Royal Level and were very happy with the hotel's facilities and location. There were lots of branded spirits to choose from. The food was good quality, with plenty of healthy options, though I would've liked a bit more variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay again, and will be back.

The rooms were lovely, the hotel was spotless, and the location was great. But the food was rotten. Buffets at both the Royal Level and standard sections were cold and left out longer than they should have been. The Royal restaurant had very little choice. I ordered an omelette at breakfast and am 99% sure it gave me food poisoning. I was very sick and couldn't eat for 3 days, which ruined the rest of the holiday. I told the desk staff so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. They said there was a norovirus going around, which was nonsense since my wife was fine. The food was awful, and there was no consideration for guests.
