The pool area is kept up nicely, and after two weeks we're happy with the apartment. It's well equipped, comfortable, and in a great spot, with just a short walk to the lovely beach promenade and everything you might need nearby. The sea-view description is a bit overstated for the lower apartments, though you might get more of a view from upstairs. Construction or neighbors can make it noisy sometimes.
