It's quiet despite being right in the heart of town, and the location is fantastic. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and bathroom, and the hostel is great value. It is rather dated, though, and a fridge would be a welcome addition. You can expect to hear your neighbour using the bathroom.

I've stayed at this hostal four times over 25 years, and the standard has stayed consistent, which is quite an achievement. It's good value, central but quiet at night, clean, and everything works as it should. Management seems available if you need them, and the cleaning staff are very professional. The Wifi is exceptional. There's a cafe less than 250m away that opens around 6am. Parking is easy and free if you're happy to walk about 750m, with paid parking closer by. There's no air con, but a fan is available. The heat could be an issue for some, though air con has its downsides too.

The owner was really helpful, even showing me where to hang my washing and lending me pegs. I could leave my bike in the entrance downstairs, tucked out of view from the street, which felt safe. The rooms were well soundproofed, though I heard some noise from street cleaning and was glad I had earplugs. It’s excellent value, and the location is just 50 yards from the Plaza. The owner and cleaning staff were very friendly. Highly recommend 😀

We found this place through a travel blog while looking up things to do in Teruel, and it was the second stop on our trip. Step outside and you're right in the city centre, with loads of bars, cafés and restaurants for meals. It’s a lower-cost stay, but our room had what we needed, including WiFi, and was spotlessly clean. There’s no air conditioning, which might matter in warmer weather, though plenty of windows let in fresh air. We’re used to opening windows at home in the UK, so that didn’t put us off. The owner/manager and housekeeping team were friendly and helpful. I’d happily recommend it even if your budget allows for more.
