Casa Serena 10

The staff and management made us feel at home, and everything was clean, calm, and pleasant throughout our three-night stay. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the elegant decor, whether we were relaxing in the lounge or just walking around Casa Serena 10. The rooms and views were amazing, and breakfast was excellent, with really good quality. We were impressed from the start and didn't want to leave. It was one of my best hotel experiences, and we'll definitely come back.

The sea is visible in the distance, and the pool is pleasant, though it's quite close to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with especially attentive staff who made the mornings enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious, but Casa Serena 10 feels like a converted house, and the experience falls short of what I'd expect from a full-service hotel. There's no concierge, and some details were missing. The bed linen wasn't very comfortable. In the room there were just two chamomile tea bags, two small Nescafé packets, plastic wine glasses, and a small bottle each of shampoo and body wash for our three-day stay. There was no conditioner. The safe takes a physical key and isn't secured to anything. It's a pleasant place with good breakfast service, but may disappoint if you're expecting a traditional hotel.

We only booked one night, then stayed for many. The house was spotless, but the people are what we'll remember. The staff, manager, and owners have a warmth you can't teach. Some places stay on a map. This one stays in your heart. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast is amazing, and the team looking after it are just as lovely. The place is quiet, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well equipped. Getting in on your own is really convenient and makes the stay feel free. The team are attentive and easy to contact. It's not a traditional hotel with a reception. The approach is more modern, and I liked that. I'd recommend staying here in Lanzarote.
