Plaza Palmeras Hotel

My parents and I stayed here in 2023 and had a very comfortable visit. The location was perfect, the food selection was amazing, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Our rooms were neat and spotless.

The only thing that fell short was the weather, which nobody can control. We just finished a week here and I couldn't find fault with the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the bed really comfortable. They're a little outdated, but that wouldn't put me off, as cleanliness matters more to me than the fittings. We went all inclusive and thought the food was really good, with plenty of choice. The chefs would make things fresh in front of you, which always impresses me. I'd recommend staying here if you want good food, clean rooms, and helpful staff.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are fine and the staff are friendly. It's on a steep hill, which could be an issue for some, though the beach, bars, and restaurants aren't far away. There's also a decent sized supermarket nearby. Breakfast is okay, but as I have Coeliac disease and need gluten free food, the bread and pastries were limited for me. There were still plenty of meats, cheeses, fruit, and other things to choose from.

The pool area has lots of sun loungers, so there's no need to rush for one. The bar is outside, with plenty of tables and chairs, and the meals varied each day. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent, with a spacious seating area and a kitchen stocked with a microwave, kettle, and utensils. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom has a good shower and hair dryer.
