We had problem after problem during our 6 days here. Ants were all over the house and got into my clothes in both my suitcase and wardrobe. I had to keep my suitcase in the car because I couldn’t leave it at the property. The manager said they’d never had an ant problem, but there were already traps set and still lots of ants. I have videos. The gas didn’t work either, and there was no washing machine. They offered no way to clean the clothes, so I had to wash and dry them myself and pay for it. The next day there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower that night even though we were covered in beach sand. We called and were told someone would come the following day. Instead, we woke up with no water at all, hot or cold, and no electricity. They said it was fixed, but when we got back that afternoon there was still no hot water. We called a third time and were told it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. After two days without hot water, I asked them to find a way for us to shower. They switched their phone off so we couldn’t reach them. Unbelievable. It felt like they were laughing at us. The facilities were inadequate. For 7 days they left only TWO ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER, no shampoo or soap, and 3 PADS, all of which we had to buy ourselves. There was no washing machine to clean them after use, either. I’m leaving this review so no one else has to deal with the same experience. I do not recommend this property. I’m giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING. IMPORTANT!! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY, IT IS UNSANITARY AND URGENTLY NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTION!
