Ático Terraza Imperial

We had a beautiful, spacious apartment in the middle of everything, but it was quiet at night. Spotlessly clean, with great Wi-Fi in every room and strong air conditioning throughout, so you can set each room how you like. The beds and linens were nice, and the terrace had an incredible view. The kitchen had everything we needed: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and even a little clothes washer. There’s a clothesline on the terrace for drying things too. Highly recommend!

The apartment’s location is good and there’s plenty of space, but we only stayed two days and that was enough to see how run-down it is. The furniture isn’t just old, it’s damaged. Paint is peeling, faucets and headboards are broken, the shower screens have holes, and electrical outlets have been patched with tape. The bedroom TV doesn’t work because there’s no antenna cable. The electrical breakers kept tripping even though we only used the air conditioner and toaster. We couldn’t cook because the ceramic hob tripped them too. The air conditioners are old and so loud we couldn’t sleep. There’s a sewage smell as soon as you use the bathroom, and one toilet is missing its seat. The mattresses need replacing urgently.

The photos match the apartment, which was clean, beautiful, and well kept. We loved the views from the window and terrace, and the location was great. Jose was very pleasant, got us checked in quickly, and explained everything. It felt luxurious, and I’d highly recommend it.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the location is great. The owners could do a better job with the service, though. I’d still stay here again.
