The apartment was clean, comfortable and peaceful, with lovely views and beautiful morning light. We found the staff very communicative and helpful, even though we only met them virtually. Entry to both the building and apartment was by passkey, which worked fine and was very convenient. It suited our family well: there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, two full bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cason de Los Lopez is right in the heart of the city, so getting around is easy, but the apartment itself feels like a peaceful escape from noise and pollution. It’s a lovely, clean place, with modern and rustic art mixed together in a way that takes you back in time. We had a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Toledo. Thank you!

The building has a lot of charm, and the staff were all kind. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, especially nice after a long trip. I’ve seen people say breakfast isn’t good, but I thought it was fine and there was enough. I just hope they’ll serve better coffee and stop using instant at breakfast.

The staff made us feel welcome straight away, even offering coffee to warm us up, and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with slippers, robes, tissues and toiletries. We picked this hotel because it’s right beside central Zocodover Square, and ended up loving it. Breakfast was the letdown. There wasn’t even white bread for toast, orange juice or croissants. Apart from that, I’d highly recommend it.
