It was a clean, basic hotel and everything worked. The bed was comfy. Ana gave us a great welcome, and Victoria looked after us so warmly in the evening. I was only there for one night, but I'd definitely stay again if I return to Toledo.

We had an issue with the shower handle, which wasn't working properly. Aside from that, the room was quiet and good, and the service was great.

The woman at reception gave us plenty of useful information about the area, and the hotel is in a nice location. The room was comfortable enough, though the bathroom wasn't impressive. It's fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't expect more than that.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no Wi-Fi in our room.

Just a five-minute walk to the old town. The place was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly. Amazing location!
